60 minute workout to get your body moving and heart pumping. We will start with warm-ups and stretches, move into calisthenics, add some running into the mix and then cool down. All fitness levels welcome.

Cabin John Park in Potomac. Enter on Westlake Drive, across from the Bus Depot (on the right if you're coming from Tuckerman and on the left if you're coming from Democracy). Meet at the Little train station.
