SOME is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital. The group accomplishes that goal by meeting the immediate daily needs of people (by providing food, clothing, and health care) and by working to break the cycle of homelessness by offering a wide variety of services.
Our Role
Participate in the "interview bootcamp" in which trainees learn and practice their interviewing skills. We will help them focus on appropriate responses, non-verbal communication, interviewing etiquette, etc... We will also get an orientation to the program and a tour of the building.
